Stone Homes was started in 1990, the firm has won Numerous Awards and has been Published in both Local and National Publications. Known for Design-Oriented Projects, we Specialize in Stone and Shingle Style designs, following a regions specific vernacular, and Program derived from our Clients written and pictorial wishes and needs.
Our Firm has a Professional Staff of four, with other staff being brought aboard as their particular talents are needed, tailored to our Client's specific needs. Associates in the firm have expertise in CAD, construction technology, project management, lighting design/engineering, interior and furniture design, property evaluation and valuation and national and local building/zoning compliance. Projects include new construction, rehabilitation, Liturgical design, historic reconstruction/preservation and adaptive reuse.

Mr. Benya is a professional lighting designer and consultant with over 25 years of experience. He is a Registered Professional Electrical Engineer, Fellow of the Illuminating Engineering Society of North America (FIES), a Corporate Member of the International Association of Lighting Designers (IALD), and a Certified Lighting Efficiency Professional (CLEP). His design work has been published in every major lighting design and architectural journal; and he has won over 100 lighting design awards.
